The problem here is to establish if the problems are due to Deep Wrinkles, or are Folds caused by general sagging of the skin.

Deep Wrinkles are usually treated with the Deeper Dermal Fillers, such as Perlane, Atlean or Radiesse. These strengthen the skin from underneath, giving a softer and firmer look to the skin.
