Photodamage
Photodamage is the effect of UVA and UVB rays. It slows down the growth of new skin cells and collagen and elastin breaks down, resulting in sagging, fine lines and wrinkles and uneven colouring.
Other signs of photodamage, which can be treated with Nu-Derm, include: age spots, rough skin, redness and a poor complexion.
How it Works
Nu-Derm penetrates and corrects damage in all levels of the skin though a dosage prescribed by your cosmetic doctor, and specifically for the degree of your condition.
The lower, Demis layer of your skin is strengthened; this supports your skin structure.
In the upper, epidermis levels:
- pigment cells are corrected to evenly distribute melanin
- new skin cells are healthy and full
- the stratum (the surface) becomes healthy and hydrated
Phases
